iPads must be mailed in due to nature of how the unit is manufactured.
iPhones can have batteries and some receivers repairs onsite at the facility. Other repairs such as cracked screens, liquid damage and camera issues must be mailed in to Apple for a possible replacement or repair. Data Recovery is available, if necessary, prior to doing your repair and/or replacement.
Under most circumstances, we may be able to provide a loaner phone during the duration of repair.*
Mactracks can handle warranty claims for all devices including AppleCare and AppleCare+. We make the process easy and convenient.
AppleCare+ claims (which include liquid damage, cracked glass/screens, bent frame, etc) require an incident fee prior to replacement. This is collected at drop off. We will verify coverage and let you know the fee at drop off.
