iPhone and iPad Services

Mactracks can assist with most iPhone and iPad repairs regardless of warranty status. We make this process easy and convenient.

iPads must be mailed in due to nature of how the unit is manufactured.

iPhones can have batteries and some receivers repairs onsite at the facility. Other repairs such as cracked screens, liquid damage and camera issues must be mailed in to Apple for a possible replacement or repair. Data Recovery is available, if necessary, prior to doing your repair and/or replacement.

Under Warranty or AppleCare/AppleCare+?

Please be aware that we are a 3rd party company and that we are unable to get parts directly from Apple. This may cause issues with your warranty coverage or Apple stores in the future. However, please be assured we use the best parts available to get you the best repair possible.

**Before you come in be sure to back up your device and to remove the unit from Find my iPhone/iPad.
